Happy 2023!!! Here is What We Have in Store For the New Year
Jan 03, 20232023 is off to a great start! It's a winter wonderland here in Colorado and we have been cuddling up with a fire and hot coffee and laying out plans for the New Year.
In 2023 we will be digitizing our Project Management and Leadership series! One of the things that drives me crazy about project management and leadership books, talks and seminars is they are too broad and general to be of any use, or they are targeted toward people at the very top ranks of organizations. Our classes are different.
EVERYDAY LEADERSHIP
Our leadership courses are directed toward everyday people doing everyday jobs, situational leadership, not positional. Leadership is about people and relationships, not titles and positions.
When was the last time you thought "wow that person is a great leader!" Our goal is to make YOU that great leader everyone is talking about.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project management courses are specific to CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING project management, not the broad brushstrokes you get in project management books and seminars that could apply to any industry, and therefore apply to no one in particular. We want to help everyone from the intern or recent graduate to the seasoned PM hone their skills to be the best in the industry.
